  • Laptops

    Aside from the normal hardware and software services we provide, there are a number of laptop specific problems that we can also help with. Cracked screens, dead batteries, and wireless network problems are just a few.

  • Hardware

    If your PC or Mac is failing to boot, or experiencing frequent lock-ups, you may have a critical hardware problem. We will diagnose your system, and locate the cause or causes of your problem. If a component is faulty, we will replace it for you.

  • Software

    If you need some help installing or configuring software, we can help you. If an application is not uninstalling properly, we can manually clean it out for you.

  • Networks

    Do you need help setting up, securing, or diagnosing a problem with your home network? If you don't have a network, we can advise you on what hardware you need to purchase to make it work, install it, and set up your computers for secure access. We can also help you set up network file sharing on your systems to share documents, photos, music, and more.

  • Spyware & Virus (malware)removal

    We collectively refer to these as "malware", because they are MALicious softWARE. Most computers running Microsoft® Windows® have some malware installed. Periodic scanning can be a simple procedure that will help prevent the build up of malware to the point that your system becomes unusable.

  • Desktop clean up

    If your computer is getting cluttered with icons and applications you don't need any more, we can help you clean up and organize things a bit. We will work with you to find an organizational structure that works.

  • Hardware cleaning

    Dust is everywhere. The constant flow of air through your computer pulls dust in, which gets trapped on the internal surfaces. Common build-up occurs on components with heatsinks and fans, typically the components that generate the most heat. The dust acts as a blanket, restricting airflow and trapping heat that can lead to premature failure. We will remove the cover and clean your PC's internal components using vacuums and anti-static brushes to keep dust to a minimum, extending the life of your valuable computer.
